Pete has been diligently working for buyers and sellers of local real estate for almost 40 years. According to MLS statistics going back over the last 20 years, Pete's listings have sold for an average of 99.9% of their list price! This astounding accuracy is a testament to Pete's expertise, ability, and integrity. He has been awarded recognition for performing in the top 9% of Coldwell Banker sales agents worldwide, a distinction he has been honored with many times since joining the firm in 1998. This achievement is remarkable considering the fact that Pete’s emphasis has always been on the quality of his work rather than the volume. Not your typical Real Estate agent, Pete isn't out to impress anyone with self promotion or how many listings he has. Personal Background

Born in Salinas, California. Pete was raised in Carmel Valley and married Carmel High School classmate & artist Ruth Maat in 1989. Pete, Ruth and daughter Allison all have a deep appreciation for the unspoiled beauty of the Central Coast, an area they've proudly called home their entire lives .

Education

Pete graduated from UCLA in 1984 with a degree in Political Science.
